I am selling this because my body shape has changed and I can no longer wear it. I had been carefully storing it to wear at formal events, so I would like to pass it on to someone who can wear it instead.

It might be cold in the dead of winter, but it seems suitable for the graduation and entrance ceremony season. It has lining up to the knees, and the ribbon at the waist is removable. The back of the waist is elastic.
